Amy Kuo Alexander is a member of the Product & General Liability and Construction practice groups in the San Francisco office of Gordon & Rees. Ms. Alexander represents a number of Fortune 100 companies in the automotive and construction industries. Her practice includes litigation pertaining to automotive product liability claims, including the alleged failure of vehicle systems and sub-systems, consumer fraud and consumer warranty litigation. Her practice also focuses on the defense of design professionals, general contractors and developers in a variety of construction-related matters, including but not limited to risk management consulting, management and strategy for claims handling, and litigation. Ms. Alexander has litigated numerous matters throughout Northern California, preparing them for trial and successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, Ms. Alexander represented corporations in general liability matters and product liability/toxic tort matters. Ms. Alexander has also served on the legal team of a Los Angeles theme park and entertainment studio where she gained experience drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and leases.
