Peter Hanoian, a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, specializes in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, strategic transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters, as well as representing management teams and operating executives in sale transactions. Mr. Hanoian also frequently advises search fund entrepreneurs throughout the life cycle of their search fund, including formation, acquisition, governance and investment exit. Mr. Hanoian advises investors and companies in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer, business services and technology.
