Nikolaus Caro is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and is a member of the Private Equity and Debt Finance groups. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, borrowers and issuers in debt financing transactions. Mr. Caro joined Goodwin in 2016.
