Michael Andrescavage is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. Mr. Andrescavage advises clients with respect to broad-based general corporate and transactional matters with particular focus on private equity transactions. He represents a wide variety of private equity and venture capital funds, portfolio companies, financial sponsors and public companies in connection with mergers, stock purchases, divestitures, reorganizations, asset acquisitions, equity arrangements, strategic investments, joint ventures and private placements. He joined Goodwin in 2014. Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Andrescavage was an associate in the New York offices of O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP. Mr. Andrescavage is a member of the American Bar Association.
