Lisa Haddad is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Public M&A / Corporate Governance practice. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving public companies and corporate governance matters. Lisa serves on the firm’s Allocations Committee. She was formerly a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and co-chair of Goodwin’s Women’s Initiative.
