Bio

Gregor Klenk is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. His practice spans private equity, growth equity, venture capital, and M&A (public and private), including work for top-tier private equity and VC firms. He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, particularly those involving US and French clients and targets. Gregor advises frequently on deals in the tech and life science industries. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Gregor was a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP. He is fluent in German, English, and French and has good knowledge of Spanish.
