Nitzan Tuvya is a Partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. Adv. Tuvya specializes in providing legal counsel and representation to entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, technology companies and international concerns operating in various fields, including cyber, software, chips, semiconductors, Fin-Tech, Ad-Tech, pharma, Food-Tech, Bio-Med and more, in Israel and abroad. Adv. Tuvya advises clients on all commercial aspects of their day-to-day activity, from company establishment through the financing stages to the exit. In this capacity, she accumulated experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as in a broad array of diverse financing transactions and venture capital investments. In addition, Adv. Tuvya specializes in advising clients on various commercial transactions, particularly in the technology and intellectual property field, including licensing agreements, terms of use, privacy policy, R&D, manufacturing and supply, distribution and agency agreements, and more.
