Nili Peleg-Shpolansky is Head of the Corporate, Commercial and International Practice within the Industry and Regulation Department. She specializes in commercial and corporate law, M&A, technology and intellectual property, and possesses unique expertise in representing clients active in the manufacturing, venture capital, hi-tech and life sciences fields, in Israel and abroad.
