Michael Heller is Vice Head of the International Corporate and Securities Department. He specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology and commercial transactions, and represents a broad array of start-up companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities. Adv. Heller represents top-tier venture capital funds in Israel and abroad, as well as international corporate and strategic investors, in a wide variety of private equity financings. Adv. Heller has handled well over one thousand equity and debt financing transactions, many of which involved complex capital restructuring, reorganizations, and spin-offs. Adv. Heller represents hi-tech start-up companies from their early stages, and advises them on all legal, business and commercial activities, including corporate governance, finance, commercial, employment, compensation and intellectual property matters.
