Judy Amidor is a partner in the Corporate and Technology Department. Adv. Amidor specializes in merger and acquisition transactions, intellectual property, finance transactions, licensing agreements, capital raising, regulation (including privacy law) and corporate transactions in Israel and abroad. Adv. Amidor provides ongoing counsel to companies, particularly companies in the hi-tech and biotechnology fields, on various matters, including M&A. She specializes in corporate finance, commercial and technology agreements, and commercial and technological matters in the intellectual property field. Adv. Amidor accumulated experience regarding regulatory processes in Israel and abroad, and advises her clients on an array of matters, including commercial agreements, R&D processes, intellectual property agreements, and technology acquisition agreements with the relevant institutions. Among Adv. Amidor’s clients are leading start-ups, hi-tech companies and funds.
