Hod Mimun is a partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. Adv. Mimun specializes in various aspects of securities and corporate law, advising on private and public capital and debt raising by local and international corporations. In addition, Adv. Mimun advises companies on corporate governance, complex reporting and approval aspects, controlling shareholder transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and more. In this capacity, Adv. Mimun is involved in listing international corporations on stock exchanges across the globe. In recent years, Adv. Mimun has been advising on numerous issuances of American real estate companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Adv. Mimun represents a significant share of the international corporations raising debt and capital on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, throughout all stages of the offering. He represents the firm’s clients before Israeli regulators and institutional investors in relation to complex offerings, including managing negotiations with investors, underwriters, the Israel Securities Authority, Tel Aviv Stock Exchange management, and others. Adv. Mimun advises a broad range of local and international corporations active in various sectors, including real estate, finance, and more.
