Dotan Rosen is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Rosen specializes in providing legal counsel regarding complex real estate transactions, including residential, commercial and office transactions in Israel and abroad. He possesses unique expertise in advising luxury residential projects. Adv. Rosen provides ongoing counsel to the firm’s clients in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including tenders for the sale of real estate, contractor agreements, marketing and sale of projects, and acquisition groups for large scale residential and office projects. Adv. Rosen provides ongoing counsel his clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages, throughout the development process and to the final stages of construction and registration. He also advises on financing and real estate taxation matters, and represents clients before the various authorities. Among Adv. Rosen’s clients are private and public companies, institutional entities and real estate entrepreneurs.
