Stefano Bucci specializes in M&A (including public M&A – PTO), private equity, leverage buy-out, venture capital, and joint ventures. He has been involved in several important deals on the Italian market, assisting private equity funds, domestic and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and banks/investment banks. He has been involved in transactions (on behalf of private equity funds and companies) with insurance and banking targets, dealing with both the M&A aspects as well as the regulatory side of the transactions, as well as in the main sectors of the Italian markets (e.g., TLC, pharmaceutical, industrial, etc.). He has advised a number of significant acquisition transactions and related acquisition financing, as well as in take-overs of listed corporations and investment banks, Italian and overseas private equity funds and companies in connection with participation to public bids and privatisations. Stefano is a member of the Italian Bar, the International Fiscal Association, the Italian Tax Group and the Official Accounting Auditors Registry. He has been/is a board member and internal auditors member of several companies, including listed companies. He speaks Italian, English and French.
