Bio

Paolo Brugnera specialises in corporate finance transactions (mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings). He has extensive experience in corporate law with a focus on joint ventures and similar agreements. Having developed his expertise working for primary Italian and international law firms, Paolo joined the firm in 2010. Paolo graduated in Law from the University of Padua. He is a member of the Italian Bar. He speaks Italian, English and French.
