Antonio Segni concentrates his activity in the sector of corporate law and financial markets, with a particular focus in the field of corporate finance, market operations and M&A, often involving listed companies and financial institutions; he has also developed considerable experience in significant privatization transactions, on corporate governance issues, as well as in the structuring of investment funds in the private equity and real estate sectors. He is recognized as one of the leading experts in capital markets and has also recently dealt with disputes and arbitrations concerning financial and corporate law. Official in the Legal Area of ​​CONSOB since 1989, he began his professional activity at GOP in 1994. Since 2006, he has led two different professional initiatives to rejoin the GOP since May 2019.
