Bio

Rafael Paniza Mendoza has been partner in the Garrigues corporate law and commercial contracts department in Malaga since 2009. His area of expertise is commercial contract law, and specifically, corporate law, M&A and financing, across all industries. He also has extensive experience in corporate advisory services, in which he is a recognized expert, and taken part in a large number of joint-venture transactions and corporate reorganizations, particularly involving large business groups. He is board secretary to numerous companies. He has been named “Lawyer of the year 2020” by the international directory Best Lawyers in the “Corporate and M&A” practice area in Málaga. Lecturer on subjects related to his area of expertise at Universidad Internacional de Andalucía and at Universidad Europea de Madrid. He is an Honorary Collaborator in the Department of Special Private Law of the University of Malaga.
