Naiara Bueno Aybar is a partner in the Corporate/Commercial Law Department at Garrigues, where she has pursued her professional career since 2001. She specializes in the areas of banking law, debt restructuring (including pre-insolvency advisory services), finance and insurance, private equity, collective investment vehicles, capital and debt instrument issues, as well as comprehensive corporate/commercial advisory services, including advising on corporate governance-related matters and on national and international acquisition deals, structural modifications, and debt and/or business restructuring operations, including advice on matters involving securities markets law. She has a degree in law from Universidad Pompeu Fabra, specializing in economics (2001) and is an associate lecturer at the faculty of law of ESADE (Universidad Ramon Llull) and at the faculty of law of Universidad Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, at which she teaches commercial and corporate law. She has been recognized, among others, by Chambers & Partners and by Legal 500.
