Jose Luis Palao Iturzaeta is a partner in Garrigues’ Corporate Department, where he has spent his entire professional career since 1998. He primarily specializes in Corporate and Capital Markets Law, being considered an expert in variable income issues, fixed income (bonds, convertible bonds, Euro Medium Term Notes, etc.), financial hybrids, public offerings of securities and takeover bids. He also has extensive experience advising listed companies.
