Bob Nakano has extensive experience in assisting clients with developing, managing and monetizing their intellectual property assets, including matters relating to patentable technologies, trade secrets and brands for clients in the e-commerce, financial services, computer software, communications, biotech, automotive, manufacturing, oil and gas industries. He has deep expertise working with clients to identify notable commercial features in their products and then to draft suitable patent applications that properly focus on those features. Prior to his law career, he has worked for a major international computer company, a medical device company and an international stereo equipment company.
