Cleve Glenn practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private placement investments and outside general counsel services, which include, among other things, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, sale-leaseback transactions, master service agreements, supply agreements, and financing documents. Cleve is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Cleve’s corporate clients include private middle-market companies focusing on, among others, the energy services, real estate development, construction, and financial services industries. Cleve also provides commercial law counsel to a publicly held industrial corporation providing services to the industrial, energy, transportation and construction sectors. Having previously served as General Counsel and CFO of an energy services company, Cleve possesses a unique blend of experience that allows Cleve to work collaboratively with clients to make impactful business decisions that yield optimal legal and financial results.
