As co-head of our Private Equity Transactions Practice, Steven Steinman represents our clients in both private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Steven is consistently ranked in Chambers USA and Chambers Global for Private Equity: Buyouts and Legal 500 for Private Equity Buyouts (where he has been named a Leading Lawyer) and M&A: Mega Deals, as well as IFLR 1000. He has also served as a select member of the editorial panel for IFLR’s Global Guide to Private Equity and Venture Capital.
