Bio

Dale Tauke is a partner in the Corporate & Securities Group. He has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of private and public company start-up, acquisition/disposition and financing transactions, including securities offerings, tax exempt financings, project finance, joint ventures and structured finance. He works extensively in the field of securities law and has counseled numerous companies as to securities offerings and compliance, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Dale regularly counsels clients as to various complex contracting matters, such as plant and facility engineering and construction, products and services outsourcing and procurement, technology licensing and domestic and foreign distribution, sales representation and other product sale arrangements. Dale received his B.B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of Iowa. He received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of The University of Chicago Law Review. Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Dale was a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP. Additionally, he was an assistant professor of corporate and securities law at St. Louis University School of Law, and served as a law clerk in the Eastern District of Wisconsin during his first year as an attorney. He is the author of various publications on corporate law and a speaker at seminars on various corporate law topics.
