Michael Rogers is a corporate attorney handling transactional matters for a wide array of businesses throughout the United States, including companies involved in live entertainment, venue development, beverage distribution, ATM ownership, oil and gas services, prescription drug sales and software development. Clients rely on Mike’s skills, experience and tireless approach for a broad range of corporate legal needs. These include acquisitions, divestitures, debt financing, private equity financing, technology issues, joint venture formations and business organizational matters. Mike has significant, first-hand experience with complex acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures in a variety of industries, including live entertainment, ticketing and software. Many clients also hire Mike to assist in the negotiation and drafting of key operating contracts, and privately owned businesses utilize his services in developing and documenting ownership and governance schemes. These often include buy-sell arrangements, succession plans and integration with estate planning goals. Michael currently serves as the Houston Office Managing Partner.
