Grant is head of the corporate department at Fladgate. He has particular specialisms in AIM, M&A and private equity matters, often with an international dimension, with much of his work focusing on the leisure, gaming and resources sectors. Grant is dual qualified, having been admitted in South Africa in 1991 and in England and Wales in 1994 and is the partner responsible for Fladgate’s South African group. His expertise in international capital markets, M&A and gaming is recognised by Chambers Global, Chambers UK and the Legal 500.
