Panna P. Patel, Esq. has been assisting a broad spectrum of clients achieve their most realistic and optimal legal solutions in a cost effective manner for over 23 years in both transactional and litigation areas of law. During her legal career, Ms. Patel has practiced in both large corporate law firms as well as in her own private practice. Ms. Patel has counseled domestic and international clients in their transactional and strategic matters including development and implementation of their global strategic plans through a broad range of transactions such as formation of new entities, limited liability companies or partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, wholly owned subsidiaries and other strategic alliances including but not limited to assisting clients who wish to adopt franchising as a method of distribution. Over the years, physicians, real estate executives, retail oil executives, banking executives, healthcare facility executives, and pharmaceutical facility executives familiar with Ms. Patel have sought her counsel with respect to their own various personal, business, and regulatory matters including but not limited to negotiation of executive compensation agreements, trusts and foundation matters, family limited partnerships, employee handbooks, restrictive and non-disclosure agreements. While assisting manufacturing facilities and startups with their licensing, software licensing and distribution agreements, Ms. Patel has, in her role as an attorney and a member of the Illinois District Export Council, assisted manufacturers expand their businesses globally. Her global clients have sought her assistance to navigate through the full range of business related temporary and permanent residence processing options for wealthy foreign investors, entrepreneurs, executive transferees, specialized knowledge workers, physicians and other professionals. Complementing her transactional skills throughout her legal career and in collaboration with her litigation partners, Ms. Patel also has counseled, navigated and litigated the pretrial and trial stages for her clients’ broad spectrum of litigation matters. In her role as lead counsel to her clients, she has assisted clients in identifying opportunities during the entire litigation process for clients to achieve their most realistic and optimal results through alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation.
