Ms. Choe is a transactional attorney focusing her practice on corporate finance, insurance capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate counseling and securities matters. She has extensive experience in reviewing, negotiating and implementing a wide array of corporate and commercial contracts, including asset and stock purchase agreements, origination agreements, loan agreements, security agreements, third-party service and vendor contracts, indentures, non-competition agreements, escrow agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements and corporate governance documents. Ms. Choe’s also has experience in representing issuers, underwriters and other financial intermediaries in structuring and executing securities transactions and disclosure matter. Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Ms. Choe practiced with the Corporate and Corporate Insurance Groups of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP where she developed and implemented complex insurance capital markets transactions efficiently to meet client objectives and ensure regulatory and legal compliance. She has particular expertise in structuring and negotiating life settlement transactions, premium finance loans and insurance-linked securities transactions, as well as sale and purchase of portfolios of insurance policies. Ms. Choe’s experience extends to representation of institutional investors, financing entities, life settlement providers, premium finance lenders, life settlement brokers and other life settlement intermediaries. She has also managed multi-state regulatory compliance matters for financial services companies, including life settlement providers, extended warranty/service contract providers and, third party administrators. Having represented clients as wide-ranging as public companies, international and domestic private equity funds, investment banking and securities firms, small- to mid-sized companies and individuals, Ms. Choe is dedicated to using a results-oriented approach to the practice of law. She focuses on delivering practical, yet effective legal solutions to enable her clients to achieve their business objectives with efficiency.
