Ms. Sive is a partner in FBC’s Corporate Department, with a diverse corporate practice, encompassing mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and securities law, corporate finance and general corporate matters. Ms. Sive represents public and private acquirers, private equity funds and target companies in a variety of M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters, as well as commercial entities engaged in highly regulated industries, with an emphasize in the insurance and communications sectors.
