I am a founding Partner of the firm's Hamburg office and a member of the firm's technology, life sciences and healthcare teams. My particular expertise is corporate and competition law advice on cross-border transactions and issues. I lead and co-ordinate multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and merger control filings. Besides, I help clients to achieve efficient and compliant corporate structures and distribution systems. As an expert in the medtech sector I am ranked as a leading lawyer for life sciences in Chambers Europe. I studied law in Germany and the Netherlands and was awarded the title of a Master of Laws (European and comparative law) by the University of Maastricht. I advise in German and English.
