I am advising enterprises and corporate bodies in respect of Corporate Governance, Compliance and reorganisations. My client base consists of domestic and international investors, financial institutions, companies and family enterprises. My particular expertise is advising on international M&A transactions, joint ventures, commercial agreements and corporate restructurings, such as mergers and changes of corporate form, in particularly with regard to the legal form of a Societas Europaea (SE). I have extensive experience regarding project finance of renewable energy (wind and solar) as well as infrastructure projects. Before joining Fieldfisher, I was a corporate, M&A and energy lawyer at an international law firm for nine years. I advise my clients in German and English.
