I focus on providing tax advice for corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and other German and international corporate tax matters. I also counsel clients on tax matters relating to restructuring cases and I advise partnerships and their partners on their tax affairs. Before I joined Fieldfisher, I worked for a major international law firm in Germany and London. I was admitted to the German bar in 2009 and registered as a tax advisor in 2014. Before I studied law in Frankfurt, I had worked as a tax inspector at the German tax authorities and obtained a degree in tax administration.
