Ethan Skerry advises clients on public and private M&A transactions in the technology and life sciences industries on both the buy-side and the sell-side, including SPACs, reverse mergers and other going public M&A transactions. Ethan also acts as an outside advisor to technology and life sciences companies on corporate governance and other matters, and regularly represents venture capital and private equity investors in technology and life sciences investments.
