Perry Feldman practice is focused on securities and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Clients value Perry for his experience acting for underwriters and issuers on significant financings and for targets and acquirors on complex transactions. Frequently acting on debt and equity financings, both domestic and cross-border, Perry also works on plans of arrangement, amalgamations, going-public transactions, private equity transactions, strategic investments and take-over bids. He provides advice across a broad range of industries on public disclosure, stock exchange requirements and securities regulatory matters, as well as corporate structuring and governance. Leveraging Fasken’s Innovation initiatives, Perry works with entrepreneurs to establish new businesses in a variety of industries. Perry frequently advises on general corporate and commercial matters for businesses at all stages of growth, and has also acted as corporate secretary to a number private companies.
