Bio

Wim obtained a law degree from the University of Leuven in 1998 after studying at KULAK, the University of Leuven and Duke Law School. He obtained a Ph.D. in Law from University of Leuven in 2002, with a thesis on service contracts. Before strating at the Kortrijk Bar, he was an assistant at the University of Leuven. Wim lectures in company law at the Brussels Tax College (HUBrussel – Odisee). He has authored numerous publications, principally in relation to company law, contract law and real estate law.
