Anthony obtained a Master in Law degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Ghent in 2000 and a supplementary "Diplôme d'étude spécialisée (D.E.S.) en droit économique" [Specialised Study in Economic Law] from the University of Liège a year later (magna cum laude). He is also linked to the "Administration and Businesses" research group at the University of Brussels (VUB), where he is a research associate. Anthony is frequently asked to speak at seminars on PPP (including in collaboration with the Flemish Construction Confederation, Kluwer, Die Keure, IFE and the engineers' union ie-net). He also periodically gives guest lectures at the University of Brussels (VUB) and at KULAK's postgraduate real estate study program. Anthony is also a member of the Business Building Association (BBA) and Voka Metropolitan. Anthony has authored several publications on public–private partnerships, including the book "Ondernemen met de overheid: publiek-private samenwerking" [Doing business with the government: public–private partnerships], published by Die Keure, Brugge, 2010, and the book "DBFM: la bonne à tout faire en PPP?" [DBFM: the benefits of doing everything as a PPP?], published by Larcier, Brussels, 2010.
