Pranav Pagaria is an Associate Director at ELP and part of the firm’s tax practice. He is a Chartered Accountant. With over 9 years of experience, Pranav assists several multinational and domestic companies in advisory and litigation matters relating to taxation, consumer protection, food safety and other allied regulations. Pranav has deep experience in on Goods and Services Tax and Customs issues. He is very active in policy advocacy and representation to government as well as transaction advisory from a tax perspective. Pranav regularly advises start-ups on various regulations impacting their business including assisting them to be go-to-market ready from a regulatory and legal perspective. He has worked across sectors including FMCG, automotive, retail and hospitality. Pranav is a regular speaker at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and various conferences/conventions. He regularly writes columns for various publications. Prior to joining ELP, Pranav has worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Young.
