Hardik Modh is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of ELP and is based in Ahmedabad. He completed his graduation in law from the University of Gujarat in 2002 and Chartered Accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountant Association of India. Hardik renders litigation and advisory services in Indirect Taxation, commercial litigation, and white collar criminal offences. He has over 13 years experience in rendering such services and has successfully handled various cases. He appears before various Statutory Authorities, Tribunals, Consumer Forum, Civil Courts and High Courts. He writes articles and presents seminars on the law and practice of Indirect tax. Prior to ELP, he worked with Mr. R. V. Desai, Senior Advocate; Mr. Vikram Nankani, Senior Advocate; and then shifted to Ahmedabad and started his own practice.
