Chris is a Partner in the Company Commercial Team at Eaton Smith. Chris spends much of his time advising on and preparing agreements across a broad range of commercial areas including terms and conditions of sale and purchase, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, prize promotions, joint ventures and he also deals with tenders. His work has led to agreements involving businesses in, amongst other countries, America, Turkey, South Africa, Russia, Japan and Australia.
