Laurenz Liedermann is a partner in our Vienna office. He is a member of the banking & finance practice group, as well as the corporate and M&A practice group. Laurenz focuses on acquisition financing, corporate loans, real estate financing, portfolio transactions, and restructuring. Laurenz Liedermann holds law degrees (Mag iur, Dr iur, cum laude) from the University of Vienna, where he was ranked as one of the best students of his class. During his studies, he worked part time in a renowned Viennese law firm. He also holds a postgraduate degree (LLM) from Oxford University (Merton College) with a specialization in contract law, corporate finance, and trusts. Prior to joining our firm in 2013, he worked as a research assistant at the University of Vienna. In addition, Laurenz Liedermann spent a six-month secondment at the Frankfurt office of a leading international law firm. Laurenz Liedermann speaks German and English.
