Zeeshan Malik is a transactional real estate attorney and focuses on providing practical, solution-oriented counsel to his clients. Zeeshan represents clients in all phases of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, guidance through the entitlement process, the structuring and formation of multilayer strategic partnership and joint venture agreements, the negotiation of debt and equity financing, vertical development, leasing, and the eventual disposition of office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, retail and mixed-use assets throughout the United States. Zeeshan’s training at a large, international law firm, together with his diverse client base and experience representing purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants, and borrowers and lenders, enables him to provide a balanced understanding that is key to successful negotiations. Zeeshan actively represents both public and private entities in the Transit Oriented Development space. Zeeshan is a born-and-raised Austinite and he and his wife are proud to raise their daughter in this growing town. Prior to law school, Zeeshan was a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Nicaragua.
