Pranav Vyas is an advocate with over 14 years’ experience in advising and representing clients on disputes arising out of corporate & commercial transactions including FDIs, shareholders/joint venture agreements, construction disputes, insolvency disputes and medical negligence. He appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal as well as international and domestic arbitration tribunals. Pranav is known for his hard work in complex disputes with exposure across multiple fora and litigation management skills. Pranav holds a LLM from National University of Singapore and is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
