Stanley E. Doty has been practicing corporate and real estate transactional law in Palo Alto, California since 1982. After graduating from Stanford University (B.A., Honors and Distinction in economics, 1975) and University of Michigan Law School (J.D., 1978), he was admitted to practice law in California in 1978. Mr. Doty focuses primarily on his corporate transactional practice, with an emphasis on structuring of business entities and reorganizations, business financings, technology licensing, and merger and acquisition transactions. His practice also includes other business matters such as joint venture agreements, distribution arrangements, real estate contracts and service agreements.
