Richard Hughes is an experienced corporate lawyer focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structuring. With more than ten years post-qualification experience at the firm, Richard has been based in the Middle East since 2012 after relocating from our London office. Richard advises clients across the Middle East and internationally with experience leading transactions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, technology and financial services.
