Bio

Paolo Foppiani is the Partner who co-heads the Real Estate department and is based in the Milan office. He specialises in real estate and corporate law and assists Italian and foreign clients in all aspects of real estate operations. He also focuses on real estate investment funds, mergers and acquisition deals. He developed an extensive track-record managing sale and purchase transactions of cross-border real estate portfolios advising institutional investors. Moreover, Paolo steered several transactions relating to alternative asset classes properties (in particular, student housing and senior housing).
