Matti Yla-Mononen practices mainly in the field of Corporate and M&A. He has years of experience in advising Finnish and international clients on a broad variety of transactions and general corporate work, including private and public M&A, capital markets, private equity and venture capital investments, management buyouts (MBOs), re-organisations and commercial agreements. In recent years, Matti has conducted private and public M&A work in the aviation, financial services, communications, food, Information Technologies (IT), media and life science sectors. Matti has been acknowledged as one of the top M&A and capital markets experts in Finland in all leading international legal directories.
