Joseph Alexander is a widely respected practitioner who focuses his international practice on representing financial and strategic investors in connection with M&A and related finance matters. Joe regularly represents nationally known private equity firms and corporations in M&A and finance matters, including in connection with transactions involving aggregate consideration exceeding US$40.0 billion over the last five years. As Vice Chairman, Joe leads the firm's Transactions vertical, which includes its Corporate, Private Equity, Finance, Real Estate and Tax practice groups. Joe also serves as a member of the firm's Global Board and its US Executive and Management Committees.
