He also has substantial experience litigating the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation provisions, as well as other competition related restrictive covenants, in various types of business agreements. In addition to experience with overseeing and conducting internal investigations, John has extensive experience representing individuals and companies in government investigations and enforcement actions conducted by state and federal agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice, the Securities & Exchange Commission, and state Attorneys General. He also routinely oversees and conducts legal risk assessments of clients' business practices and strategies, and subsequently provides legal advice that advances the clients' business objectives in a strategic yet efficient manner.
