John Gallon has experience in all areas of corporate/corporate finance law and practice, including mergers and acquisitions, public equity work (including IPOs, reverse takeovers, secondary issues, takeovers), private equity work, shareholder arrangements and joint ventures. John acts for a number of acquisitive companies in the UK and internationally including Sytner Group Limited, JD Sports Fashion plc and Sun European Partners, LLP.
