Bio

Terry Gerbers primarily serves as corporate counsel to several small and mid-sized businesses. He represents financial institutions and assists clients with their real estate, estate planning and probate needs. ​He assists entities ​with mergers, acquisitions and sales, business organization, ongoing planning and consulting. ​Terry also negotiates and prepares agreements relating to municipal development/tax increment financing districts, IRC section 1031 deferred exchanges, commercial and residential condominiums, easements and leases for real estate developers. During the summer, Terry enjoys spending time with his family on the lakes of northern Wisconsin.
