Zhengcai He is a senior partner in Dentons' Beijing office and focuses on corporate law, including corporate capital systems and capital operations, equity exercise and configuration, corporate governance structures, and investment and financing, among other issues. Zhengcai is advises clients on all kinds of economic contract disputes and merchant account management issues. He has provided special or perennial legal advisory services to more than 20 domestic and foreign enterprises, listed companies and government bodies.
