Dong Ruimin is a senior partner at Dentons. She has been in the legal practice for more than 30 years, including 20 years’ experience in government legal departments, and 10 years’ experience in private practice. During her practice in criminal law litigation, she has handled seven successful criminal cases. Ruimin and her team have provided comprehensive legal services to numerous state-owned and private enterprises and organizations in areas such as corporate restructuring, M&A and bond issuing. Additionally, she is the general legal counsel of Qingdao Taiwan and Mainland Association, and Overseas Agencies of Shandong Government, as well as a part-time professor at Shandong Institute of Political Science and Law.
